Hi everyone, so last weekend we went to Deanna Rose Children’s Farmstead. This is one of our favorite places to go in the spring and summer because the girls get to interact with the animals. Â So the first thing the girls like to is check out the chicken coup then head to the barn to see the new baby farm animals. On the way to the barn we saw tad poles in the pond.
Then we explored the replica Kenza Indian Village  and got to crush corn.
As we move down the trail we went to visit the baby goats and then went on a pony ride.
Are next stop was to visit the garden.  The girls saw snow peas, lettuce, potatoes, mixed greens, carrots, and so on. After that, we went to see the rabbit that’s hiding under the rock then off to the Koi pond.
Once we left the Koi pond the girls fed the chickens and pet a sheep. Then played at the playground and explored a log cabin. This was a great way to end Growing Garden.
