Hello everyone, on Friday with Mother Goose Time we talked about the hippopotamus. The first activity we did was
“H is for Hippo.” The girls read MGT, I Can Read “Animals A-Zoo book.”

Then the girls played “Hippo Safety.” I set up an obstacle course so the girls can understand how hippos can run fast for a short distance before slowing down.

Later on the girls played “Hippo Moves” game.

Then built shelters for the animals.

Hi everyone, on Monday with Mother Goose Time  we talked about the letter D. The first activity the children did was “Dolphin Food.” I filled a tube with water and put in the provided letter tiles. Then the children scooped them up with Spoons.

The next activity “Swimming Dolphin.” The girls used their hula hoops as swimming pools and pretended to be dolphins playing with toys.

Later on the girls played “Dolphin Toys” a shape matching game.

Then colored  “D is for Dolphin. ”

All alphabet coloring worksheets are from twistynoodle.com and this is not a  sponsored post. 😉
Hello everyone, today we started a new theme called A to Zoo Animals with Mother Goose Time. So today we did A is for Alligator and the first activity we started with “Alligator Toes.” The kids made alligators with play-doh and used golf tees for legs or to create texture on their alligators.

The next activity the children did was “A to Zoo Alphabet.” We used letter tiles and the book “A to Z Animals” provided by MGT. I layed the tiles on the floor and turned them over, then had the kids pick letter and find the letter and animal in the book.
